Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant who is the father of the deceased has alleged that petitioner (husband) along with his family members killed this daughter by setting her ablaze due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He was living cordially with his wife. Deceased has committed suicide by setting herself ablaze.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51617 of 2018(3) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.04.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda Kishunganj, DistrictMadhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018.
