Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pataliputra PS Case No.196/16 dated 2.7.206 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 406 & 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, the informant was Area Sales Manager of Ellora Multiventenes Pvt. Ltd. and the informant has paid Rs.3.50 lac and thereafter articles of Rs.1.50 lac was supplied to the petitioner but later on he found the company closed. Petitioner happens to be Area Sales Manager of that Company. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is only Area Sales Manager and whatever has been

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Patna in connection with Pataliputra P.S.Case No.196 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
