The petitioner seek bail in Piri Bazar P. S. Case No. 52 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1b)A 26(i)(ii)/35 Arms Act. One country made pistol and 30 live cartridges is alleged to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Seizure list is part of the FIR which supports the allegation and also bears the signature of this petitioner. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53755 of 2018(2) dt.01-10-2018 2/2 Petitioner may renew prayer for bail in the court below itself after four months if no substantial progress is made in the trial which shall be considered and disposed off by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.
