The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nath Nagar (Lalmatia) P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015 registered under Sections 20(B)(c), 23(c) and 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail prayer of the petitioner was refused on 24.08.2016 vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 36793 of 2016 taking into consideration the recovery of 89 Kg of Ganja. The petitioner being the lady is in custody since 17.01.2015. Further submission is that, in fact, the petitioner had no knowledge about keeping of Ganja beneath the bed by her husband, who is co-accused of this case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Sessions Judge-I, Bhagalpur in connection with Nath Nagar (Lalmatia) P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015 (G.R. No. 166 of 2015 and 166A of 2015.
