JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.02.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4016 of 2017, though the suspension of the petitioner has been revoked but the subsistence allowance has not been paid although requisition for the same has been sent by the Incharge Medical Officer, Primary Health Centre, Kurhani, Muzaffarpur to the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Muzaffarpur vide letter dated 27.09.2018.

In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authorities are directed to pay the subsistence allowance to the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today. The present contempt petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
