2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Special (NDPS) Case No. 69 of 2023 / CIS No. 21 of 2024 arising out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 738 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 413, 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and under 3/B Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1993.

3. The petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2023 and it has very fairly been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that out of seven witnesses, five witnesses have already been examined.

4. Considering the fact that the trial is on the verge of conclusion, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
