Mr. Smt.Shilpa Singh -GA-12 Ms. Nitu Jha, AC to GA-12 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2018 The petitioner seeks following relief (s) :- "That this is an application for writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents for releasing the Degree certificate along with the mark sheet of all the years for the Three years LL.B Course session 1989-92 which was completed in 1996".
The petitioner claims that he passed LL.B examination as a student of Bihar Institute of Law, Patna (1989-92 Session) in 1996.
I do not find any justifiable explanation in the writ application for delay of nearly twenty two years in
Patna High Court CWJC No.19020 of 2018(2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 approaching this Court after he claims to have passed the said LL.B Examination.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been approaching the authorities from time to time. Be that as it may, the delay having remained unexplained, this application cannot be entertained. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
