Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of rape against a minor girl.

Earlier prayer for bail was refused on 03.06.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 70077 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2018.

Report of the learned Trial Judge would reveal that the trial is at the stage of defence evidence, hence, it is likely to

In the aforesaid circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Aurangabad Mahila Police Station Case No. 04 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Spl. Judge POCSO Aurangabad.

Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
