JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 314 of 2019, G.R.No. 3276 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has taken altogether Rs.24,000/- forcibly from the informant for issuing instalment of sanctioned amount.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as per Indira Awas Yojna Scheme amount has directly been transferred to the account of beneficiary, as such allegation is false and concocted.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84124 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He has to surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
