2. This appeal has been directed against order dated 30.10.2024 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act-cumADJ 1st, Aurangabad in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 333, 337, 307, 353, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(r)(s) & 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of appellant has been rejected.
3. As per prosecution case, on 12.11.2023 at about 9:35 PM, during patrolling, the informant found some persons assembled at Devi Asthan, so he alongwith other police personnel reached there and started evicting the said place, on
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.42 of 2025(3) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 which, some persons started abusing informant with caste name and also threw bricks on the police party, due to which, some police personnel sustained injury. It is further alleged that one person was arrested on spot, who disclosed his name as Sunny Kumar, and also disclosed the name of other persons, including this appellant. Appellant has also got two criminal antecedent.
4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the impugned order dated 30.10.2024 does not want any interference by this Court. Accordingly, this appeal is rejected.
