2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34, 120B & 27 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 18.4.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10921 of 2024.

4. As per the prosecution case, two persons have been killed. Petitioner's involvement has surfaced in the killing of the deceased persons.

5. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3552 of 2025(3) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 that the trial is being delayed by the prosecution and only one witness has been examined and therefore, the petitioner deserves bail.

6. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the prosecution will examine the remaining witnesses shortly.

7. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to review my earlier order of rejection.

8. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

9. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
