Petitioner is in custody in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 566 of 2019 for the offence under sections 379, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in snatching mobile.

The petitioner is in custody since 12.8.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,
