2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 326 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that some unknown miscreants have looted cash of Rs. 28,100/- from the cash counter and also took away a mobile phone.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this

Case No. 494 of 2024 and his name has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. It has also been submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Pintu Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 84916 of 2025. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 04.07.2025.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail and has submitted that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of fifteen cases.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M at Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 326 of 2024 with the following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner shall remain physically present
