2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 309 (4) & 109 of BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., on 11.01.2025 at about 11 AM, when informant was going to his CSP from his home, in the meantim, three motorcycles borne persons looted his bag containing cash of Rs. 2,95,000/-, one laptop, one charger, voucher, cheque book and Aadhar card. On protest, one of them fired and fled away from the spot by snatching bag of informant.
4. Name of the petitioner transpired during investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Lalan Kumar. No looted article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner and till date, he (petitioner) has not been put on T.I.Parade. After completion of the investigation, police

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Rosera (Samastipur) in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 6 of 2025.
