The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "That this present writ application for issuance of appropriate writ(s) order(s) or direction(s) for quashing of the letter No. 1035 dated 29-08-2022 of the respondent No. 4 by which the Respondent No. 4 has given the clearance for construction of the Barhari PACS Godown knowing the fact that the land is of

Patna High Court CWJC No.1283 of 2024(2) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 Anabad Sarvansdharn Chowar and further direct to construct the PACS Godown adjacent to the old PACS Godown since there is much suplus land for Barhari PACS Godown."

At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if the petition preferred by the villagers before the District Magistrate, Rohtas, Sasaram (respondent No. 2) is taken to its logical conclusion. It is his further submission that though a representation is already on record, a fresh petition will be filed in next four weeks.

4. If the same is filed within next four weeks, the District Magistrate, Rohtas, Sasaram will take the same to its logical conclusion within the next four months.
