In the present case, the petitioner is praying for quashing of the transfer order contained in Memo No. 849 dated 27.6.2018 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Gayaspur Siwan to Begusarai State Ayurvedic College, Begusarai on the post of Ayurvedic Misrak.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already joined at the new place of posting. If that be so, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation before the authority concerned against the order of his transfer from

Patna High Court CWJC No.18530 of 2018 dt.26-09-2018 2/2 Siwan to Begusarai stating that after his transfer from Ayurvedic Misrak Gayaspur Siwan, the said post is still vacant and, so, he should not be disturbed from there.

This Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case. If the petitioner files a representation before the authority concerned, he will take a decision in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation along with a copy of this order.

With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
