The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner caused death of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is the cousin fatherin-law of the deceased. He is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.
