JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Trial No. 4482 of 2019 arising out of Bettiah Town P. S. Case No. 1036 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is of theft of a motorcycle. F.I.R. was against unknown and petitioner was later on, arrested in connection with other case, he was remanded in connection with the present case on self confession.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except self confession, there is nothing against him. He is in custody since 01.02.2019.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

No.80783 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Trial No. 4482 of 2019 arising out of Bettiah Town P. S. Case No. 1036 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
