This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Chenari P.S. Case No.268 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner, who stays in Gujarat, has conveyed to the father of the deceased that he got a phone call from the deceased that she is going to commit suicide. 4.

During investigation, no material has come to suggest that the petitioner has participated in the killing of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2023 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Chenari P.S.
