11-09-2018 The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Civil Line P.S. Case No. 358 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender. On perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that in a case of bouncing of cheques, the present F.I.R. has been lodged, as if, the petitioner had committed offence under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, besides offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. On examination of material on record, I am of the opinion that it is a fit case for passing favourable order.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner namely Raj

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54052 of 2018(2) dt.11-09-2018 2/2 Kishore Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 358 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
