Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that similarly situated some other coaccused have already been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide order at Annexure-4 series. Finding substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81149 of 2019(3) dt.18-03-2020 2/2 below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No.293 of 2019 arising out of Alam Nagar Police Station Case No.137 of 2015, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case as well as petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
