Patna High Court C.Misc. No.51 of 2024(4) dt.16-12-2025 2/3 13.09.2023 passed by learned Munsif, Bagha in Title Suit No. 51 of 2022 by which the status-quo was granted to both the parties till further order of the Court over the suit property as mentioned in Schedule-2 of the plaint.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff submits that the defendant has already violated the aforesaid order and for this disobedience, Miscellaneous Case No. 01 of 2024 is going on before the Court of learned Munsif, Bagha. Learned counsel further submits that in light of order dated 03.07.2019 passed in the case of Harjinder Kaur & Anr. Vs. Satnam Singh passed by a Bench of Punjab and Haryana High Court reported in AIR 2020 Punjab and Haryana 24 a direction may be given to the Trial Court to check the further disobedience over the suit property.

3. In this circumstance, learned counsel for the petitioner, is directed to file a petition citing the aforementioned citation before the Court of learned Munsif, Bagha who shall pass appropriate order in this regard in accordance with law within a period of one month from filing of the petition.

4. With the above direction, the instant application stands disposed of.
