2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 57 of 2023 arising out of Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 156 of 2022 instituted for the offence u/s 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on added section 302 of the I.P.C.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.4.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75420 of 2022 with a direction to trial court to conclude the trail as soon as possible.

4. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report dt. 19.1.2024 with regard to the present stage of trial has been

5. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this prayer of bail is rejected.

6. The application stands disposed off.

7. However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months, failing which, the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail.
