The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The son of the informant was in love with the niece of this petitioner and for this reason the murders of both the boy and girl were committed. During investigation, the father of the girl confessed that he had committed the murders of the both. The petitioner was also suspected to be involved. However, no witness stated before the Police that petitioner was ever seen along with any of the deceased before their deaths. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner normally resides in Village- Laskara within the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54116 of 2018(5) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 same Police Station, for the reason that Laskara is sasural of the petitioner and petitioner has got property thereat. Considering the fact that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner, even remotely to connect the petitioner for the crime alleged for the purpose of consideration of prayer for anticipatory bail. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Sangrampur (Tetia Bumbar O.P.) Police Station Case No.

127 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
