ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2019, in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019 for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR but subsequently his name has been surfaced in the confessional statement before the police by one Lallu Singh, which has no evidentiary value. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that till date no such recoveries were made from the possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
