2. The petitioner was granted provisional bail pursuant to the orders of this Court but the petitioner has defaulted in his undertaking for making payment of the amount in question. The Court below has cancelled the bail bonds of the petitioner.

3. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will continue paying installments as directed by the Court though there has been some delay.

4. In these circumstances, this case is disposed of with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12837 of 2024(2) dt.18-07-2024 2/2 a direction to the Court below that the petitioner will remain on provisional bail granted to the petitioner if the petitioner starts paying Rupees One Lakh per month beginning from this month and continues payment of the installment for the next six months.
