After getting confidential information with regard to assemblage of anti-social elements in order to commit an offence, raid was conducted and during course thereof, three persons were apprehended, who disclosed their identity as Gorakh Kushwaha @ Gore, Sonu Kumar Singh and Anshu Singh. From the possession of Gorakh Kushwaha, loaded firearm has been recovered while from the possession of Sonu Kumar Singh, one cartridge, mobile has been recovered and so far petitioner is concerned, nothing has been recovered.

That being so, in spite of presence of criminal antecedent, petitioner, Anshu Singh @ Anshu Kumar is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53493 of 2018 (02) dt.12-09-2018 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-8th, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Azimabad P. S. Case No.27 of 2018.
