1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GA-2.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments realizing his difficulty, seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to assail the order impugned by which his Jamabandi has been cancelled in appeal before the authority competent.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the instant writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

5. It is made clear that if any issue of limitation will arise, the authority competent shall keep in mind that petitioner was pursuing his remedy against the order impugned in the instant writ application by way of filing IA No. 01 of 2025 before this Court.
