JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner squarely covered by a judgment reported in 2018(3) PLJR 1029 (Judgment dated 17.07.2018 passed in CWJC No. 17670 of 2017).

In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17728 of 2018 (3) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 respondent no. 5 showing as to how the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment passed in the case of Akhilanand Singh (supra), within a period of two weeks whereafter the respondent no. 5 shall consider the same and dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

Any consequential benefits found payable to the petitioner shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks of the final decision taken by the respondent no. 5. The writ petition is disposed off.
