The petitioner is accused in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019, registered under Sections 380, 457 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR as on the basis of written report of informant, Randhir Bishwakarma, Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019 was instituted against unknown on 19.08.2019 but in course of investigation, one Sanjeevan Kumar was apprehended, who confessed his guilt saying about keeping the stolen materials in the semi constructed house of the petitioner in his knowledge. Further submission is that petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81306 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 is accused in one another case, as detailed in para 3 of the petition, but in that case, he is on bail and in the present case, he is in custody since 25.08.2019.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Justice Magistrate-I, Hilsa (Nalanda), in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
