The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Co-accused Bahedullah is said to have snatched money from the pocket of the informant on the point of pistol. The petitioner and others were also associates of Bahedullah. The occurrence took place for some dispute arising during purchase of a buffalo and price of the buffalo.
