The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C-2 Case No. 614 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner but has been shown to be near the house of one Meena Devi. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period
