2. Heard Mr. Sanjiv Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State as well as Mr. Mukesh Kumar Thakur, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Election Authority.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.597 of 2025(2) dt.27-01-2025 2/2 present writ petition may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no.8 (The Registrar, Bihar Cooperative Society, Patna) within a period of two weeks and if the petitioner files representation before the respondent no.8 (The Registrar, Bihar Cooperative Society, Patna) within the aforesaid period, the respondent no.8 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner after hearing all the concerned in accordance with law within a period of six months.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
