2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 211 of 2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 140(3)/61/3(5) of the BNS.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR of abducting the sister of the informant and the fact that it has come in paragraph no.37 of the case diary that the dead body of sister of the informant has been recovered and the evidence collected in course of investigation shows

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1391 of 2026(5) dt.24-06-2026 2/2 complicity of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant prearrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
