By the present application, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail, which was earlier rejected, vide order dated 10.07.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.33448 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since two other co-accused were granted bail by the Juvenile Justice Board, Darbhanga, the petitioner may also be extended the said benefit.

However, there is nothing on the record to show that the petitioner is also a juvenile and, therefore, no new ground is made out. The application is thus dismissed.
