Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had already filed a detailed representation before the respondent nos.6 and 8 but till date no order has been passed. 3.

The petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.6 along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of his claim, within four weeks and the respondent no.6 is well advised to consider the case of the

It is made clear that the respondent no.6 shall be held liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
