Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 650 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 328, 307, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the occurrence is alleged to have taken place on 21.12. 2015 whereas the present complaint was filed on 09.06.2015 i.e. after delay of about four months without any explanation for the same. Petitioner had no knowledge that her mother-in-law had lodged the instant case against him. He has committed no offence as alleged. He is a man of clean antecedent. No.8433 of 2018(2) dt.19-02-2018 2/2 submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 650 of 2015, G.R. No. 1600 of 2015 arising out of Complaint Case No. 369 of 2015 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
