Patna High Court CWJC No.1312 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/3 ORAL ORDER 29-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the instant writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authority to pay the monthly honorarium of the petitioners which has not been paid since the year 2018 till date even after receipt of the honorarium from the Government which has been kept in the account Bhudan Yaga Committee and only due to non-availability of the Drawing and Disbursement Officer the honorarium is not being paid and further for issuance of any other appropriate writ / writs, order / orders, direction / directions for which the petitioners are entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the honorarium for 20 months has stood paid to the petitioners, however, they be granted liberty to approach the respondent no. 5 i.e. the Secretary, Revenue Board (Bhudan Yaga Samiti), Bihar, Patna, for payment of the outstanding amount of honorarium.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1312 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 3/3 Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
