No. 376 of 2019 corresponding to Rahika P. S. Case No. 126 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the family members of Kiran Devi and Punam Devi were threatening the son of the informant and ultimately, he was killed. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. later on, his name transpires on the confessional statement of the co-accused.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement of the co-accused, there is absolutely nothing against him. He is in custody since 28.11.2018 and another co-accused, whose confessional statement, the name of the petitioner has been transpired, has

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -VIIth, Madhubani in connection with S.T. No. 376 of 2019 corresponding to Rahika P. S. Case No. 126 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
