2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 383 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 96 of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioner has kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the order od the learned trial court it will transpire that during course of investigation the victim was recovered and she has given her statement and has stated that she was having affair outside marriage with the petitioner and she has gone to Nepal with the petitioner and one co-accused Gautam Kumar where she has solemnized marriage. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88654 of 2025(3) dt.27-02-2026 2/2 further submitted that the victim has further stated that as the accused Gautam is of Nepal, he has helped them in going to Nepal. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that co-accused Gautam has already been granted bail by learned Co-ordinate Bench vide Cr. Misc. No. 89107 of 2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 11.09.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the Informant is present and he has submitted that the victim has gone with the petitioner and now she has returned back.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- XIV, Patna in connection with Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 383 of 2025.
