ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2020 The present modification application has been filed by the present petitioner whose bail application was disposed of vide order dated 28.11.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No.76247 of 2019.

It appears that due to inadvertence, the address of accused no.3 was wrongly typed in the petition and that the petitioner has now corrected the same by means of this modification application to be Arjun Singh, son of Ganesh Singh, resident of Village-Awari, P.S.-Madhaura, District-Saran at Chapra.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mistake is genuine and the address as provided herein is also the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84088 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 same as the address stated in the F.I.R. and also the address as in the affidavit sworn by the father of the present petitioner. Considering the aforementioned facts and after comparison, it appears that the contention of the petitioner is correct.

Let the address of the petitioner be now read as Arjun Singh, son of Ganesh Singh, resident of Village-Awari, P.S.- Madhaura, District Saran at Chapra.

The order dated 28.11.2019 stands modified accordingly.

In view of the aforementioned modification, the time for surrender shall run three weeks from the date of the present modification application.
