2. The petitioner has filed this writ application for following reliefs:- (I) For quashing the office order dated 21/08/2025 issued under the signature of District Magistrate, Aurangabad in case no. 49/2025-26 as contained in Annexure P/17 whereby and whereunder the

Patna High Court CWJC No.420 of 2026(2) dt.03-02-2026 2/3 application filed by the petitioner has been rejected on the reason Sanjit Kumar, respondent no.10 was selected for the post of Vikas Mitra at the said center by the selection committee as per the rules which does not require interference and after reviewing the documents and due consideration.

(II) For quashing the merit list prepared by the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad and Block Welfare Aurangabad with respect to name of the private respondent by which his name has been included for selection of Vikas Mitra and consequent thereto appointment letter has been issued on 17/02/2025 of Ward No.29 in the District-Aurangabad.

(III) For directing the Subdivisional Officer, Aurangabad to produce the appointment letter of Sanjit Kumar, respondent no.10, Sadar-Aurangabad, District-Aurangabad to the post of Vikas Mitra in Ward no.29, Sadar-Aurangabad, district-Aurangabad and quashing for the same.

(IV) For commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Vikas Mitra and give consequential service benefit.

At the very outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that representation has been filed by the petitioner on 15.10.2025 before the Mission Director of Bihar Dalit Vikas Mission, Bihar, Patna. It is prayed by him that it would be in the interest of justice that the representation so filed may be disposed of within a reasonable period.

In the interest of justice, it is directed that the authority concerned shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2025 by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same may be communicated to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the writ application stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
