2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 419 and 420 of the IPC .
3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that this petitioner namely Md. Zahid Ansari deputed another person for giving CTET examination in his name .
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and has not committed any offence . The name of petitioner transpired in this case on confessional statement of other co-accused person . He is in no way connected with the alleged occurrence . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 ( 2 ) of Code of Criminal Procedure .
