Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Although, petitioner and one other accused are named in the first information report with allegation of giving knife blow to informant as well as his son but the injury report of informant's son goes to show that only one incised wound was found on the person of informant's son. So far as informant is concerned, his injury report reveals that he, too, sustained only one incised wound.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83179 of 2019(3) dt.17-03-2020 2/2 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and as a matter of fact, the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IX, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 193 of 2019.
