2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 220 of 2024 dated 10.09.2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 310(4), 310(5), 111, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (in short 'BNS') and sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution story, the informant along with other police personnel apprehended three accused persons, including the petitioner, while they were on patrolling duty and from the possession of the petitioner, one live cartridge and one knife were recovered.
4. Heard both the sides, perused the FIR.

In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the averments made in the petition and mainly petitioner's the pleas that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and only one live cartridge and a knife are alleged to have been recovered from his possession and he has not remained involved in an offence of similar nature in the past and has been languishing in jail since 10.09.2024 and also coupled with the completion of investigation against him, in my opinion, it is a fit case for grant of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 220 of 2024.
