The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No.100 of 2008 registered under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that daughter of the informant aged about 16 years had gone to market on 21.08.2018 but she did not return. Thereafter, informant Nawal Kishore Singh started search and came to know that his daughter moved from house with cash Rs.7000/- and ornaments due to love affair with one Chandan Kumar and his friend Vikash Kumar Singh (petitioner) and Sumit Kumar Singh also helped him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.267 of 2020(3) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 due to love affair daughter of the informant fled away with Chandan Kumar but with ulterior motive petitioner and one Sumit Kumar Singh has also been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM,Vth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No.100 of 2008, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
