The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged on 05.07.2019, the petitioner along with one unknown person abducted her on a motorcycle. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. From perusal of statement of victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C, it appears that the victim girl has specifically named this petitioner, as the person who abducted her by putting pressure on her.

In view of statement of victim girl under Section 164

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81200 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 Cr.P.C, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U
