2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 449 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in her statement the victim has stated that she had love and affection with the petitioner and she wanted to marry him. Learned counsel has further submitted that the learned Magistrate while recording her statement under Section 164 of the CrPC mentioned her age as 19 years.
