Petitioner seeks regular bail in Chainpur P.S.Case No.319 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 414, 467, 468 and 34 of I.P.C.

Allegation in brief is that the motor cycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner but no papers with respect to the motor cycle was produced by the petitioner and it is suspected that the said motor cycle is stolen one.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner was not apprehended with the motor cycle as seizure-list shows the recovery from a petrol pump. It is further submitted that charge sheet has also been submitted in this case and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
