The present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction to the respondents to issuer on line rent receipt with respect to lands of MauzaSandalpur, Thana NO. 11, Tauzi No.130, Khata NO. 92, C.S.Plot No. 2180, Area 33 decimals, Circle- Patna Sadar, District- Patna in favour of petitioner after correction in computerized land record of the Mauza concerned.

Patna High Court CWJC No.851 of 2025(2) dt.27-01-2025 2/3 (ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction to pass final order on the applications filed before respondents for Correction in Jamabandi and other computerized record of the land the subject matter of the writ application.

(iii) For issuance of appropriate writ order, direction to the respondents prohibiting them not to take any illegal action to cost shadow on the raiyati lands of petitioner by creating wrong entry with respect to raiyati land of petitioner as Gair Mazarua land in revenue the record prepared in the Circle Office, Patna Sadar, District- Patna.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed Parimarjan Application bearing No.24282563087123, but his Parimarjan application was rejected on the ground that his land is recorded as Gairmazarua aam. Counsel further submits that the petitioner has filed representation before the District Magistrate in this regard that due to mistake on the part of Revenue Karamchari, his request of online Parimarjan Application has been rejected and, therefore, his case may be directed to consider.

4. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer of the petitioner and submits that since the application of Parimarjan has been rejected at the level of Circle Officer and, therefore, the only remedy available to the petitioner is to file an

5. In the light of submissions made, this Court hereby disposed off the writ petition directing the petitioner that he shall file his appeal before the DCLR, Patna Sadar (respondent No.5) raising all his points mentioned in the writ petition and the DCLR, Patna Sadar shall pass order after hearing the petitioner by way of a reasoning order within 90 days from the date of filing of the representation along with this order.
